Hotel bookings: registered guest / check-in name required
Please enter the exact name used at hotel check-in. It is required for hotel coordination, access problems and therapist safety. Your information is handled in strict confidence, used only for reservation coordination and safety, and is never displayed publicly or used for marketing.
Booking essentials
Before you send.
- Please submit at least 2 hours before the desired start time.
- A reservation is valid only after our concierge confirms it.
- Guests must be 18 or older. High school students are not accepted.
- For hotel bookings, the exact registered guest / check-in name is required. A hotel reservation cannot be confirmed without it.
- Your personal and booking information is handled in strict confidence and used only for reservation coordination and therapist safety.
Payments
Current payment methods.
First visit: cash, PayPal or Wise. PayPal and Wise include a 13% processing fee.
Credit cards: currently unavailable. Please use cash, PayPal or Wise.
Cancellation policy
Clear terms before confirmation.
- By the previous day: 30% of the service fee.
- Same day, more than 2 hours before: 50%.
- From exactly 2 hours before onward: 100%.
